Boy Mentorship is a structured development programme for boys aged 8–21. It supports participants as they build strong character, emotional awareness, self-discipline, communication, initiative, and readiness for responsible adulthood.

How the programme works

Boy Mentorship may be delivered through cohort-based sessions, mentoring circles, workshops, camps, or tailored school and community partnerships. Participants learn through guided discussion, practical exercises, teamwork, reflection, and personal goals.

What parents and partners can expect

Programme objectives, schedules, participant expectations, safeguarding arrangements, and appropriate feedback processes are agreed before delivery. Parents, schools, or sponsoring partners may also receive guidance that supports consistent reinforcement.
