How the programme works

Coaching may be offered online or in person by arrangement. We begin by understanding the participant's strengths, needs, context, and goals, then agree a personalized growth plan. Sessions connect character and judgment to real-life choices and relationships, and participants leave sessions with clear actions, tools, or reflection tasks.

Coaching FAQ

What ages do you coach?

Our coaching supports children, teenagers, and young adults. Age suitability depends on the participant's needs, goals, and the availability of an appropriate coach. Please enquire so we can confirm the best fit.

Are sessions online or in person?

Sessions may be offered online or in person by arrangement, depending on location, age, safeguarding considerations, and coach availability.

How long is a session?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes. A different format may be recommended for a particular age or need.

How often do sessions take place?

Most coaching pathways use regular sessions over an agreed period. We will recommend a format after the initial conversation.

Is coaching confidential?

Coaching is handled with care and appropriate confidentiality. For minors, confidentiality is subject to safeguarding responsibilities, agreed parent or caregiver involvement, and the need to act if a wellbeing or safety concern arises.

Is coaching therapy?

No. Wholesome Character coaching focuses on character, capabilities, goals, habits, communication, and practical development. It is not a substitute for psychological therapy, medical care, or crisis support. Where a need falls outside the scope of coaching, we may recommend that a family seek an appropriately qualified professional.

What are the current fees?
