Girl Mentorship is a holistic development programme for girls aged 8–21. It creates a supportive environment in which participants can strengthen character, understand themselves, build healthy relationships, make wise decisions, and grow into responsible, courageous, and purpose-driven young women.

How the programme works
Girl Mentorship may be delivered through cohort-based sessions, mentoring circles, workshops, camps, or tailored school and community partnerships. Activities combine guided conversation, reflection, practical exercises, teamwork, and goal-setting.
What parents and partners can expect
Programme objectives, schedules, participant expectations, safeguarding arrangements, and appropriate feedback processes are explained before delivery. Where suitable, parents, schools, or sponsoring partners receive guidance that helps reinforce learning.

Lavender Girls is a signature named cohort within Girl Mentorship — a values-forward experience for girls stepping into confidence, character, and self-leadership. Registration opens each season.
